1. Purpose. This Agreement governs promotion, airplay, and marketing services provided by LIVESIDERADIO WRLE-DB (“Station”) through its Artist Promo Packages (Starter Promo, Growth Campaign, Full Takeover).

2. Services. Station will provide airplay, social promotion, interviews/playlist placement/press features as applicable, and airplay reports per the selected package, within the Station’s programming schedule and guidelines.

3. Artist Responsibilities. Artist will submit radio-ready clean versions (MP3/WAV), accurate metadata (title/artist/ISRC if available), artwork, and requested promotional materials, and confirms the legal right to distribute and promote the submitted works.

4. Term & Duration. Commences upon acceptance and payment; continues through the package period. Renewal/upgrade may be made in writing or via a new package purchase.

5. Compensation. Fees are due prior to service. Payments are non-refundable once rotation or promotional activities begin.

6. Ownership & Rights. Artist retains ownership. Station claims no publishing/mechanical/performance royalties. Artist grants Station a non-exclusive, limited right to broadcast/stream the track(s) and to use name, likeness, and materials for campaign marketing.

7. Content Standards. Submissions must comply with FCC and Station policies: no explicit content, hate speech, or defamatory material. Clean radio edits only. Violations may result in removal from rotation with no refund.

8. Liability. Station will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver services. Station is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, technical issues, or third-party outages.

9. Termination. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 5 business days of notice. Fees already paid remain non-refundable.

10. Acceptance. By submitting this form, Artist affirms they are authorized and agree to these terms.
